No call center. No auto-fired orders. Just a family selling tracks the way it ought to be done.
Delta Track Supply exists because of a bad habit in this industry. You may have lived it with your old supplier: the website fires your order straight to a warehouse the second your card runs. Nobody checks whether the track actually fits your machine. Nobody checks whether it's actually on the shelf.
Good people pay the price for that. Farmers charged for tracks that never existed in a warehouse. Contractors waiting on a pallet that shows up the wrong size, with a machine on blocks and a crew standing around. Nobody was fixing it — so we built the company that does.
The rule here is simple and it never bends: a real person verifies your fitment and your supplier's live stock before your card is charged. Every order. No exceptions.
Plenty of places will sell you a rubber track. These are the reasons folks keep buying theirs here.
Nothing is charged at checkout. A human confirms your fitment and the supplier's live stock first — then we text you a secure payment link, or take a card over the phone. If anything looks off, we call you before a dollar leaves your account.
The price on the page is the price — per track and per pair, in plain sight. No “call for pricing,” no insider coupon codes, no freight surprise tacked on at the end.
We do the verifying, so a wrong fitment is our problem, not yours. If a track we confirmed doesn't fit, the return freight and the replacement are on us. You will not eat our error.
Short version: the warranty is real, the freight is free, and if we verified a fitment that turned out wrong, fixing it costs you nothing.
| Coverage | What you get |
|---|---|
| Manufacturer warranty | 24 months or 200 hours, whichever comes first, from the day your tracks are delivered |
| After that | Prorated — by around 200 hours of work, a track has usually paid for itself |
| What's covered | Defects in materials and workmanship — we replace the track, we don't argue about it. Most show in the first 100 hours; we've stood behind ones that surfaced later, too. |
| Mis-fitment | Covered in full when we did the verifying — return freight and replacement on us |
Questions on coverage? Just call — we'll sort it out in a minute.
90 days on unused tracks in their original packaging. Plans change — we get it.
And to say it one more time: if we verified a fitment that turned out wrong, the return freight and the replacement tracks are on us. That's the whole point of doing the checking ourselves.
